Refunds and Re-rolls

Re-roll, same day
If your bundle never arrived, arrived broken, or contains a prompt you find unacceptable, write to capmanworks@polsia.app and we will regenerate the bundle the same day, free of charge.
Refund
Refunds are platform-only — the store owner asks Polsia support to issue them; we cannot issue refunds directly from app code. Expect a same-day refund on any order that has not yet been downloaded.
Re-downloads
Even without a re-roll, your download links do not expire. The success page also keeps them visible after delivery so you can come back any time.
