What we collect
We collect only the intake form fields you fill out (event details, age range, interests, dietary / drinking preference, player count) and the email address you provide at checkout — used solely to generate and deliver your bundle.
How we handle the data
Stripe receives your card details on their hosted checkout; we never store them. Purchase records live on Polsia and Stripe; we keep the minimum needed to re-send your download links on request.
Your controls
Write to capmanworks@polsia.app and we will delete your order record; the Stripe payment record is retained for tax / audit purposes.
Cookies
We use the Polsia analytics cookie and a single theme-preference cookie. No third-party advertising trackers.
